All orders are picked, packed, and shipped via Australia Post. We ship to all Australian addresses.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, are picked and packed the same day and dispatched the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
Once dispatched, delivery times are determined by Australia Post based on your location. Metro areas typically receive orders within 2–4 business days, while regional and remote areas may take a little longer. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow it every step of the way.

Need it today? We offer a same-day, 3-hour delivery service for customers within 5km of the CBD, powered by Zoom2u. This is a premium service available by request.
How to request same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is not available at checkout. You'll need to email us directly to arrange it. If your request is received before 5:00 pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, we'll pick, pack, and dispatch your order for delivery within 3 hours, arriving before 9:00 pm that evening.

We'll confirm your delivery address is within our service area (5km of the CBD) and process your order.
Your order is picked, packed, and handed to our Zoom2u courier for 3-hour delivery.
Your order arrives at your door, guaranteed by 9:00 pm that evening.

Same-day delivery is available to addresses within approximately 5km of the CBD. This includes most of inner Sydney, and here are some of the suburbs we cover:
