I'm 10 years old, and I never thought I'd already be starting my own business. It all began with the things I love most — being creative, making cute things, and skincare.

I'd make mini rooms out of tissue boxes and dream up cute themes. Over time I realised my ideas could turn into something bigger. One day I thought of mini self-care bags — little cute things all in one place. I wanted to make people feel happy, calm, and a little bit special.

I wanted a name that was simple, cute and beauty-related. I chose So Dewy — it sounded fresh, glowy and soft, and it had my initials, SO. I picked pink, yellow and blue because they feel bright, happy and gentle all at once.

💛 Our 30-day glow guarantee. If something isn't right, you've got 30 days to let us know — eligible returns get 80% of the item price refunded.

1. Reach out within 30 days — email us with your order number and tell us what went wrong.
2. We'll sort it out — we'll reply with a return address and simple instructions. Faulty or wrong item? We cover the return postage.
3. Pop it back to us — for hygiene reasons, unopened products can be refunded, and we'll always help make faulty items right.
4. Get your refund — once your return arrives we'll refund 80% of the item price within 5–7 business days.

What we collect — your name, email, delivery address and order details, plus your email if you join the Glow Society.

How we use it — to process and deliver your orders, reply to your messages, and (only if you opted in) send you emails about new drops and offers.

Keeping it safe — payments are handled securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout; we never see or store your full card details.
