Returns Policy

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
• The product is not a sale or clearance item

How to Return

To start a return, email us at hello@sodewy.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or wrong? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out ASAP — no questions asked! 💖

Allergic Reactions

All our ingredients are listed on every product label. If you experience any irritation, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. We recommend doing a patch test before first use.
